HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSED?

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or national holidays.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

After we ship it out, normally it takes 7-15 days to arrive USA/UK/Canada/Germany/France/Italy. 

Other countries except these will take 10-21 days to arrive.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by Fedex/DHL/UPS/etc.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship almost worldwide, except Barbados, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Hong Kong SAR, Jamaica, Jersey, Kosovo, Martinique, Montenegro, Nigeria, Peru, South Africa, Taiwan, U.S. Outlying Islands. 

However, Shipping policies are different between each country, If it happens that your country cannot deliver, we will contact you.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

Our flat rate is counted by weight. The basic express price is $10 for 0.5kg, and an additional $5 for every 0.5kg over.

The expedited express price is $40 for 0.5kg, and an additional $5 for every 0.5kg over.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
